مستخلص: The article presents a study which examines how back pains felt by soldiers influence unit declension in the military. It notes the widespread misconception that battle-related injuries are the main cause of unit declension in the military, however, statistics revealed that respiratory illness and infectious diseases are the leading source of soldier attrition. The study found out that soldiers with back pain returning from duty is low irrespective of interventions or characteristics.
