مستخلص: The article discusses a study on the regulation of multiple myeloma (MM) in the bone marrow through noninvasive and highly sensitive isolation and characterization of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from peripheral blood. The study performed flow cytometry and single-cell whole-genome amplification and involved a group of 24 patients with MM. It compared the genetic information provided by CTCs and bone marrow cells.
