مستخلص: The article focuses on understanding the role of the GREB1 gene in MYCN-amplified neuroblastoma (NB), a high-risk pediatric cancer. It is reported that GREB1 is found to promote cell survival independently of MYCN and is highly expressed in MYCN-amplified NB. It also identifies MYO1B as a key gene in NB, influencing invasion and metastasis.
