The article focuses on the entrepreneurship training program called Eliemental, programs designed by the Lancaster University Management School (LUMS). It reports that the program is aimed for the upliftment of the people falling in the category of NEET, or 'not in education, employment, or training.' Eliemental's Learning through International Entrepreneurship (ELIE) project provides training and education to the entrepreneurs through it pilot sessions and strategic planning sessions. |
