教員養成系大学において教育実習生に対する指導及び実習生の教授技術（teaching skill）の向上を図ることは重要な課題である。しかし，教育実習生の教授技術向上を目指しての研究，特にその客観的検討はほとんど行われていないのが現状である。本研究では，最近アメリカで開発され，我が国にも紹介されて研究成果が蓄積されつつあるALT－PE観察法（Academic Learning Time in Physical Education）を用いて，本学教育実習生の体育の授業を客観的に分析することによって，教育実習生の教授技術向上に向けての基礎資料をえることを目的とし，附属小学校における実習生による5体育授業及び同一対象（学年・クラス），同一教材による実習生と担任教師の授業分析を試み，教育実習生の教授技術の特徴を事例的に明らかにした。 ; The purpose of this study was to cralify and examine the characteristics of teaching skills of student teachers in elementary physical education classes through the ALT(academic learning times)obsevation system which has become recentry adapted as a research instrument on the teaching of physical education in several countries.The subjects of this case were 5 physical education classes instructed by 4 student teachers and 1 physical education class instructed by a elementary school teacher.As a result,student teachers in this study showed the tendencies to waste their times on“management”which was not related to the learning of physical education and have little percentage of intellectual activities of the physical education contents,and that their planning of the learning contents and studying the skill tasks of the teaching materials were not enough. |
