| الوصف: | 大量研究证实，孕期运动对母儿安全、有益。孕期运动有助于孕妇经阴道分娩，降低剖宫产分娩率，减轻孕妇抑郁和烦躁症状，控制孕妇孕期体质量过度增长，预防子痫前期发生等。孕期运动在妊娠期糖尿病的预防和管理中也起着重要作用。笔者拟就孕期运动在妊娠期糖尿病预防和管理中的作用进行综述，旨在提高女性对孕期运动的认识，为制定适宜、安全的孕妇孕期运动方案提供指导。 ; A lot of studies confirm that pregnancy exercises are safe and beneficial for pregnant women and infants.Pregnancy exercises help pregnant women with vaginal delivery,reduce cesarean delivery rate,maternal depression and irritability symptoms,control the excessive growth of body weight during pregnancy,and prevent the occurrence of preeclampsia.Pregnancy exercises also play important roles in the prevention and management of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM).The author intends to conduct a review on the roles of pregnancy exercises in prevention and management of GDM,in order to raise the awareness of pregnancy exercises and provide guidance for the development of appropriate and safe exercise program during pregnancy. ; 国家卫生和计划生育委员会生殖与生育重大疾病诊治的规范化与推广项目基金资助(42-115) Project No.42-115,supported by Standardization and Promotion Foundation of National Health and Family Planning for Diagnosis and Treatment of Major Reproductive and Fertility Diseases ; 中国科技核心期刊(ISTIC) ; 0 ; 5 ; 676-679 |
