الوصف: With the rapid development of robotics technology, robotic arm grasping has gained significant attention in the fields of automation and artificial intelligence. In this study, we propose a fractional-order deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG) algorithm for optimizing robotic arm grasping tasks. Traditional machine learning algorithms face challenges in handling continuous action spaces, while the DDPG algorithm effectively addresses this issue. In this research, we first review the background and challenges of robotic arm grasping and provide an overview of the application of traditional reinforcement learning algorithms in grasping tasks. Subsequently, we introduce the principles and fundamental ideas of the DDPG algorithm in detail, discussing its potential for optimizing robotic arm grasping. To further enhance the performance of robotic arm grasping, we propose an improved approach based on fractional-order control. Fractional-order control exhibits unique advantages in environmental dynamics modeling and grasp posture optimization, enhancing the robustness and adaptability of robotic arm grasping. Through a series of experiments, we validate the effectiveness and superiority of the fractional-order DDPG algorithm in robotic arm grasping tasks. Our algorithm achieves significant improvements in grasping success rate and stability compared to traditional methods. The experimental results demonstrate that the fractional-order DDPG algorithm is better equipped to handle control challenges in continuous action spaces and optimize the performance of robotic arm grasping tasks.

الوصف: Citrullinated neoepitopes have emerged as key triggers of autoantibodies anti-citrullinated protein antibodies (ACPA) synthesis in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. Apart from their critical role in homeostasis and thrombosis, platelets have a significant contribution to inflammation as well. Although anuclear in nature, platelets have an intricate post-translational modification machinery. Till now, citrullination in platelets and its contribution to trigger autoantibodies ACPA production in RA is an unexplored research direction. Herein, we investigated the expression of peptidylarginine deiminase (PAD) enzymes and citrullinated proteins/peptides in the human platelets and platelet derived microparticles (PDP). Both PAD4 mRNA and protein, but not the other PAD isoforms, are detectable in the human platelets. With a strict filtering criterion,108 citrullination sites present on 76 proteins were identified in the human platelets, and 55 citrullinated modifications present on 37 different proteins were detected in the PDPs. Among them, some are well-known citrullinated autoantigens associated with RA. Citrullinated forms of thrombospondin-1, β-actin, and platelet factor-4 (also known as CXCL4) are highly immunogenic and bound by autoantibodies ACPA. Furthermore, ACPA from RA sera and synovial fluids recognized citrullinated proteins from platelets and significantly activated them as evidenced by P-selectin upregulation and sCD40 L secretion. These results clearly demonstrate the presence of citrullinated autoantigens in platelets and PDPs, thus could serve as potential targets of ACPA in RA.

الوصف: The research gradually highlights vibration and dynamical analysis of symmetric coupled nonlinear oscillators model with clearance. The aim of this paper is the bifurcation analysis of the symmetric coupled nonlinear oscillators modeled by a four-dimensional nonsmooth system. The approximate solution of this system is obtained with aid of averaging method and Krylov-Bogoliubov (KB) transformation presented by new notations of matrices. The bifurcation function is derived to investigate its dynamic behaviour by singularity theory. The results obtained provide guidance for the nonlinear vibration of symmetric coupled nonlinear oscillators model with clearance.

الوصف: Objective Physical inactivity and sensory integration dysfunction are public health concerns among Chinese preschool children. The purpose of this study was to determine the efficacy of a novel functional training program focused on motor development for healthy children aged 5 to 6 years. Methods A total of 101 healthy children aged 5 to 6 years in Tianjin were randomly assigned to the experimental group ( N = 51), which received 12-week functional training featuring essential motor skills, whilst the control group ( N = 50) continued with their kindergarten-based physical education curriculum. Test of Gross Motor Development-2, national physical fitness measurement, and sensory integration were evaluated before and after the intervention. Children's height, body weight, and the corresponding pre-intervention test scores were utilized as covariates to compare the post-intervention outcomes between the groups. Results After the intervention, the experimental group scored considerably higher ( P < 0.01) on the locomotor composite score, object control composite score, and overall gross motor score than the control group; the experimental group scored higher ( P < 0.05) on the run, gallop, leap, stationary dribble, kick, striking a stationary ball, overhand throw, and underhand roll motor skill tests than the control group; the experimental group performed considerably better ( P < 0.01) on the balance beam walking test and sit-and-reach test than the control group; and, the experimental group performed considerably better ( P < 0.01) on the vestibular function, tactile defensiveness, and proprioception than the control group. Conclusion A 12-week functional training focused on motor development effectively enhanced gross motor, physical fitness, and sensory integration in 5–6-year-old healthy Chinese children.

    الوصف: The bifunctional ligands of isonicotinic acid (Py-4-COOH) and 4-pyrid-4-ylbenzoic acid (Pybz-4-COOH) instead of polypyridines were therefore reacted with (Re(CO) 4 ) 3 (C 3 N 3 S 3 ) (C 3 N 3 S 3 = cyanurate trianion), resulting in the formation of two trinuclear [(Re(CO) 3 ) 3 (C 3 N 3 S 3 )(Py-4-COOH) 3 ] ( 1 ) and [(Re(CO) 3 ) 3 (C 3 N 3 S 3 )(Pybz-4-COOH) 3 ] ( 2 ), respectively. In the meantime, both complexes 1 and 2 are connected by three bifurcated hydrogen bonds between their carboxylic acid moieties Py-4-COOH and Pybz-4-COOH to form the supramolecular trigonal-prismatic and -antiprismatic structures, respectively. It is noted that complex 1 can further react with copper(II) nitrate upon deprotonation to give nonanuclear [(Re(CO) 3 ) 3 (C 3 N 3 S 3 )(Py-4-COO) 3 ] 2 Cu 3 (H 2 O) 9 ( 3 ), where two trinuclear [(Re(CO) 3 ) 3 (C 3 N 3 S 3 )(Py-4-COO) 3 ] moieties are connected by three penta-coordinate copper(II) ions, each coordinating to two carboxylates and three water molecules, to form the trigonal-prismatic structure. Surprisingly, addition of pyrazine (pz) in the synthetic process of complex 3 resulted in serendipitous isolation of a rare example of octadecanuclear {[(Re(CO) 3 ) 3 (C 3 N 3 S 3 )(Py-4-COO) 3 ] 2 Cu 3 (H 2 O) 6 (pz) 2 } 2 ( 4 ), which can be regarded as a dimer of complex 3 , connected by two bridging pz ligands. Interestingly, both complexes 3 and 4 are heteronuclear molecular Re(I)-Cu(II) boxes, constructed by a complex-as-a-ligand strategy. Furthermore, complexes 1 and 2 can exhibit respective low-energy luminescence at ca . 561 and 534 nm at room temperature upon photoexcitation, and complex 3 is found to display antiferromagnetic coupling of −127.68 and −134.70 cm –1 , possibly due to multiple hydrogen bonds inducing significant Cu(II)···Cu(II) coupling.

الوصف: Both tumour-infiltrating immune cells and inflammation-related genes that can mediate immune infiltration contribute to the initiation and prognosis of patients with colon cancer. In this study, we developed a method to predict the survival outcomes among colon cancer patients and direct immunotherapy and chemotherapy. We obtained patient data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and captured inflammation-related genes from the GeneCards database. The package “ConsensusClusterPlus” was used to generate molecular subtypes based on inflammation-related genes obtained by differential expression analysis and univariate Cox analysis. A prognostic signature including four genes (PLCG2, TIMP1, BDNF and IL13) was also constructed and was an independent prognostic factor. Cluster 2 and higher risk scores meant worse overall survival and higher expression of human leukocyte antigen and immune checkpoints. Immune cell infiltration calculated by the estimate, CIBERSORT, TIMER, ssGSEA algorithms, tumour immune dysfunction and exclusion (TIDE), and tumour stemness indices (TSIs) were also compared on the basis of inflammation-related molecular subtypes and the risk signature. In addition, analyses of stratification, somatic mutation, nomogram construction, chemotherapeutic response prediction and small-molecule drug prediction were performed based on the risk signature. We finally used qRT–PCR to detect the expression levels of four genes in colon cancer cell lines and obtained results consistent with the prediction. Our findings demonstrated a four-gene prognostic signature that could be useful for prognostication in colon cancer patients and designing personalized treatments, which could provide new versions of personalized management for these patients.
