| الوصف: | The article describes the author’s method of diagnosing the level of social expectations of the individual. The latter are considered as a unique social and psychological formation, that serves as a psychological process of the regulation of behavior, mental state, has a number of properties; capable to carry out the regulation of social behaviour through psychological mechanisms and functions; it serves as an important component of goal-setting; it gives a person the ability to construct social reality. Algorithm of the creation of the author’s questionnaire “LSE” (level of social expectations) is described, it contains 14 tasks that reproduce such structural components of the studied phenomenon as the socio-psychological characteristics of the awareness of a person of a predictable course of events, social and psychological characteristics of the relationship of the individual towards the participants of interpersonal interaction and socio-psychological characteristics of the regulation of behaviour by the individual. There are mentioned the results of reliability and validity of the methodology that allowed to consider it as a promising research tool and psycho-experimental instrument of the study of the dimensions of social expectations of an individual. The results of an empirical study of the two stages of testing the questionnaire level of social expectations of a person are given: the first phase n = 141 (end of 2015); the second phase n = 434 (beginning of 2016). The subjects of the second phase of testing were grouped into three samples: the participants “Leadership School” (n = 12), members of HR-structure (n = 10) andstudents of KSU (n = 112) – the first group of samples; the second group: the sample of students, consisted of five study groups “Kherson Shipyard Lyceum” (n = 117), the sample of delivery drivers and long-distance truck drivers of transport department LTD “MMC-19” (n = 41) and sample of loaders of logistic structure LTD “Maxi Trade” (n = 64); the third group – three clinical samples: ... |
