الوصف: Thrombosis is a fatal hemostatic disorders occurring in various conditions ranging from pregnancy and surgery to cancer, sepsis and heart attack. Despite the availability of different anticoagulants and accumulated clinical experience, proving their effectiveness, thrombosis remains a major cause of morbidity and mortality. This is largely due to the fact that conventional laboratory coagulation tests are not sufficiently sensitive to the hypercoagulable state, and they are difficult to use for assessing the risk of thrombosis. Specific molecular markers (D-dimers, fibrinopeptide, thrombin-antithrombin complex) are more effective, but also have a large number of disadvantages. A possible solution is the use of integrated test, which simulate in vitro the majority of the physiological coagulation processes. In the first part of this paper the biochemical processes that cause the risk of thrombosis were discussed.

The topic of the graduation work: âApplication of quantitative MALDI mass spectrometry to determine the concentration of alpha-2-macroglobulin and fibrinopeptide A in human serum". This work is devoted to the development of a method for the quantitative assessment of the concentrations of such inflammatory markers as alpha-2-macroglobulin and fibrinopeptide A in blood serum using MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry with an isotopically labeled internal standards. As a result of the work, the peptides included in the considered markers were identified, and isotopically labeled standards were obtained from the synthesized analogs. The optimal detection time for the considered compounds was determined, and the features of the enzymatic reaction of trypsin with alpha-2-macroglobulin and alpha-1-antitrypsin -the second most important protease inhibitor in human serum -were established. In conclusion, the method for quantitative assessment of serum levels of alpha-2-macroglobulin and fibrinopeptide A using modern mass spectrometric approaches has been developed and verified. It allows analysis in blood serum withoutitspreliminary fractionation. The proposed methodis simpler to implement in comparison with standard methods of quantitative analysis of serum markers, and also faster, since the total analysis time is about 1 hour from the moment of obtaining a sample of the patient's blood serum to quantifying the levels of the considered compounds.الوصول الحر: https://explore.openaire.eu/search/publication?articleId=doi_________::3edf7b4213b848a3809d2bbd9c78407dTest
