| الوصف: | Catedra de Chirurgie, Ortopedie, Anesteziologie Pediatrică a USMF „N. Testemiţanu” ; Materialul clinic este compus dintr-un grup de 155 copii (225 gambe) cu vârsta cuprinsă între 3 și 15 ani, care au suportat tratament chirurgical. Cele mai bune și stabile rezultate, în cazul patologiei Blount, au fost obținute cu ajutorul tratamentului chirurgical după metoda P. Moroz. Perioada de reabilitare, după tratament chirurgical, joacă un rol important cu respectarea regimului ortopedic pe parcursul creșterii copilului și are o mare însemnătate în profilaxia recidivelor deformațiilor. ; The clinical material includes a group of 155 children of 3 to 15 years old that were surgically treated. The best and most stable results of treatment of Blount's illness have been achieved with the help of surgical treatment, in accordance with the method of P. Moroz. Multidisciplinary rehabilitation, realized by stages, with strict maintaining of orthopedic treatment, has a big importance for receiving good results in the future and for prophylaxis of relapses in time of child’s growth. ; Клинический материал состовляет группу из 155 детей (225 голени) от 3 лет до 15 лет у которых было проведено хирургическое лечение. Наилучшие и стабильные результаты при болезни Блоунта достигнуты с помощью хирургических вмешательств по методике П. Мороз. Реабилитационый период, после хирургического лечения, играет важную роль с соблюдением ортопедического режима на протежения роста ребёнка и имеет большое значение в профилактике рецидивов деформации. |
