الملخص (بالإنجليزية): This study was to investigate the effect of black pig with H-FABP gene hybrid Duroc and commercial black pig on reproductive performance and carcass character of offspring, so as to improve the productive performance of black pigs. Twenty - two high quality black pigs (Q), mating with commercial black (B) and Duroc (D), the QD and QB of the total number of parturition were 10.6 and 9.18 heads, alive number were 9.54 and 8.91 heads, piglets of survival rate at 4 weeks were 80.8 and 75.9%. QD and QB were on born weight were 1.36 ± 0.40 and 1.40 ± 0.27 kg in piglets, weaned weight were 8.19 ± 0.40 and 7.23 ± 2.69 kg, individuality. The QB on Dressing had significantly lower than QD group (86.3% vs. 88.0%), the average of backfat thickness of QB had significant thinner than QD group (2.50 vs. 3.12 cm). the QB on percentage of carcass fat had significantly lower than QD (12.6% vs. 16.7%). In conclusion, high meat quality black pigs mating with commercial boar, could still maintain good production performance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Chinese): 本試驗旨在探討具高肉質基因黑豬與配杜洛克及民間黑豬之繁殖性狀及其後裔屠體性 能表現, 藉以提高黑豬生產性能。試驗採用具高肉質基因黑豬(Q)22 頭與配民間大黑 公豬(民間豬場自行選留; B)及杜洛克公豬(D), 其分娩總仔數分別為10.6 及9.18 頭, 活仔數則為9.54 及8.91 頭, 仔豬4 週齡育成率分別為80.8 及75.9%。QD 及QB 仔豬 之出生體重分別為1.36 ± 0.40 kg 及1.40 ± 0.27 kg, 離乳仔豬體重分別為8.19 ± 0.40 kg 及7.23 ± 2.69 kg。QB 肉豬之屠宰率顯著較QD 者為低(86.3% vs. 88.0%), 但QB 肉豬 之屠體平均背脂厚度顯著較QD 者為薄(2.50 vs. 3.12 cm), 且QB 肉豬之屠體脂肪率顯 著較QD 者為少(12.6% vs. 16.7%)。綜合上述, 以高肉質黑豬母豬雜交較大型之公豬 品種, 於民間豬場仍可維持良好之生產性能.
