الوصف: Article 1.93 (pt. 2) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania there is an established imperative that non-compliance with the form required by law deprives the parties of the process of the right, when there is a dispute regarding the conclusion of the transaction or the fact of its execution, to rely on the testimony of witnesses to prove this fact. In this scientific article, an empirical study was conducted, the purpose of which is to evaluate Article 1.93 (pt. 6) of the CC of the Republic of Lithuania the practical-problematic features of the application of the rule of exception to the admissibility of evidence, i.e. when, after applying the exception, the court is not guided by Article 1.93 (pt. 2) of the CC of the Republic of Lithuania established imperative. The research consists of six interrelated stages, during which the following scientific methods were applied: systematic analysis, document analysis, comparative analysis, logical-analytical, observation and generalization methods. The chosen research strategy and methodology determines the reliability of the research results and allows us to answer the hypothesis - is the jurisprudence formed by the Supreme Court of Lithuania sufficiently detailed and delineating clear boundaries for the courts of lower instances, applying Article 1.93 (pt. 6) of the CC of the Republic of Lithuania established exception to the admissibility of evidence and in order to avoid dual application of the legal norm. The research results are presented together with the conclusions, the essential conclusion is that - after the formation of a more detailed the highest court jurisprudence regarding the application of the rule of exception to the admissibility of evidence, Article 1.93 (pt. 2 and 6) of the CC of the Republic of Lithuania, the equality of persons would be ensured, more concreteness and stability would be created in civil relations, and this would significantly facilitate the resolution of disputes in the future.

الوصف: The article discusses the general situation of the Lithuanian Communist Party (LKP) in the Soviet period, analyses the motives which determined the entry of Lithuanian writers into the party and the approach of communist writers towards the party during the period of the National Revival with a special focus on the role of communist writers at the 20th Congress of the LKP which took place on 19–23 December 1989 and in which the party split into an independent LKP and a pro-Soviet LKP-CPSU, which remained a part of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. ; Straipsnyje aptariama bendra LKP padėtis sovietmečiu, analizuojami dalies rašytojų stojimo į šią partiją motyvai, rašytojų komunistų požiūris į partiją Tautinio atgimimo laikotarpiu, ypatingas dėmesys skiriamas rašytojų komunistų vaidmeniui 1989 m. gruodžio 19–23 d. įvykusiame LKP XX suvažiavime, kuriame partija skilo į savarankišką LKP ir prosovietinę LKP-TSKP, kuri toliau liko Sovietų Sąjungos komunistų partijos sudėtine dalimi.

الوصف: In the final master thesis we investigated the dependence of the electricity consumption of the ventilation system on the selected automatic control type, outdoor air temperature and ventilation system fan rotation intensity. Ventilation system is installed in administrative building. The work consists of two parts: analytical and research. The analytical part analyzes the structure of ventilation systems, possible automatic control methods and communication protocols. In the research part, the electricity consumption of ventilation system was investigated in accordance with the set time program, according to the system's calculated demand from the service premises, when the outdoor air temperature is below 10 °C and when it is 10–20 °C. We created graphs showing the dependence of electricity consumption on fan rotation intensity and outdoor air temperature. At the end of the master's thesis the conclusions of the research and the list of literature are presented. Work size - 59 p. text without extras, 40 pictures, 4 tables, 51 references.

الوصف: Vaiko teisių apsauga yra įtvirtinta tiek nacionaliniuose ( Lietuvos Respublikos Konstitucija , LR Baudžiamasis kodeksas, LR Civilinis kodeksas, LR administracinių nusižengimų kodeksas), tiek tarptautiniuose teisės aktuose (Vaiko teisių konvencija, Visuotinė žmogaus teisių deklaracija, Tarptautinis pilietinių ir politinių teisių paktas ir panašiai ). Šio darbo pagrindiniu nagrinėjimo aspektu pasirinkta būtent Lietuvos baudžiamosios teisės pozicija ginant vaiko teises, o būtent LR baudžiamojo kodekso ⅩⅩⅢ skyriaus 163 straipsnis. Nagrinėjant BK 163 straipsnį kyla veikos kriminalizavimo pagrįstumo bei jo teorinio bei praktinio taikymo atitikimo proporcingumo principui problemas. Manytina, jog šia tema nėra pakankamai mokslo darbų, o pastaraisiais metais šia tema išvis nėra kalbama. Nagrinėjama tema aktuali, kadangi už tėvų pareigų nevykdymą, netinkamą vykdymą arba vykdymą priešingai vaiko interesams numatyta ne tik baudžiamoji, bet ir administracinė bei civilinės atsakomybės, o daugiausia problemų, šio darbo autoriaus nuomone, kyla, kada reikia atriboti baudžiamąją nuo administracinės atsakomybės. Šio baigiamojo darbo tyrimo objektas yra LR BK ⅩⅩⅢ skyriaus 163 straipsnio tėvų ar kitų vaiko įstatyminių atstovų baudžiamoji atsakomybė, sudėtis, požymiai. Baudžiamosios atsakomybės taikymo už nusikaltimą numatytą BK 163 straipsnyje taikymo problematika, jos atribojimas nuo kitų teisės šakų. Tyrimo dalykas – BK 163str. numatytos nusikalstamos veikos (piktnaudžiavimas tėvų, globėjo ar kitų teisėtų vaiko atstovų teisėmis ir pareigomis). It was the moment which meant that Mikhail Gorbachev lost its main pillar – the support of the already independent LKP leader Algirdas Brazauskas (he was one of the most popular politicians among Lithuanian residents at that time) and the party under his leadership; the Kremlin had to rely on a small group of local communists which had not yet broken their ties with the CPSU but was not really popular in the Lithuanian society. On the scale of the Soviet Union the separation of the LKP was an unprecedented event in the whole USSR (a good example is contagious; it could have given rise to a fear that other union communist parties could have followed in the footsteps of Lithuania); it was a certain misdemeanour in the CPSU. The research revealed that the rapid Lithuanization of the LKP during the post-Stalin era was determined by a number of motives the main of which was the adjustment of its members to the Soviet system which enabled the communists to survive and opened the ways for active work in their own favour and often in favour of the Lithuanian nation. الوصف: Aštuntajame XX a. dešimtmetyje išplitus skaitmeninėms technologijoms ir didžiajai daliai žmogaus gyvenimo persikėlus į skaitmeninę erdvę, autorių teisių įstatymai ėmė nebeatitikti susiklosčiusios situacijos ir nepagrįstai riboti informacijos sklaidą bei prieinamumą internete. Siekiant padėti autoriams ir kūrinių naudotojams išspręsti šias problemas bei skaitmeninėje erdvėje sukurti protingą ir lanksčią autorių teisių apsaugos sistemą, 2001 m. buvo įkurta Creative Commons organizacija, 2002 m. pasiūliusi visuomenei autorių teisių suteikimo sutartis – Creative Commons licencijas. Šios skaitmeninės formos sutartys įgalina autorių ar jo teisių turėtoją suteikti teisę kitiems asmenims neribotą laiką, bet kurioje pasaulio valstybėje, nemokamai naudotis sutartyje aiškiai nurodytomis autorių turtinėmis teisėmis į skaitmeninės formos literatūros, mokslo ar meno kūrinį. Tačiau naudojantis bendruoju CC licencijų variantu, parengtu remiantis JAV autorių teisės nuostatomis, ir nesuderintu su teisės aktais, kyla klausimas, ar tokios licencijos užtikrina pakankamą autorių teisių apsaugą Lietuvoje. Siekiant atsakyti į šį klausimą ir išanalizuoti CC licencijų santykį su klasikiniais autorių teisių įstatymais, pirmoje šio darbo dalyje atskleidžiama CC licencijos sąvoka, tikslai bei pagrindinės sąlygos. In eight decade of twentieth century the appearance and development of digital technologies moved a great part of human life into cyberspace. However copyright laws were in conflict with factual situation and started to interfere with the dispersion and accessibility of information in internet. In 2001, aiming to help authors and users to deal with those problems and to develop reasonable and flexible copyright protection, Creative Commons organization was created. In 2002 this organization introduced to the public agreements, known as CC licenses, granting author’s economic rights to the user. These digital agreements enables author or holder of his rights, to grant other party perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use authors economic rights to literature, science or art works. Though using unported version of CC licenses, which was prepared according to USA copyright law, may raise the question of secure copyright of unported licenses in Lithuania. Search for the answer to the above question and analysis of the relation between CC licenses and classical copyright law is provided. In the first part of this paper objectives, main features and concept of CC licenses are indicated. In the second part considerable attention is given to indicate possible problems while using CC licenses in Lithuania. الوصف: The analysis of acquisition of bride's clothes and of their meanings revealed that the donation of bride's outfit (gift exchange rites with the bridegroom) had meant agreement, concord and fertility promotion. In the 20th c. Lithuania a tendency of transformation and disappearance of the said custom became prominent. The bridegroom buys the wedding rings, however, the instances of purchase of clothes or other attributes are rare. The available material indicates that in the 20th c. Lithuania new things together with fashionable ways were spreading rapidly, for example, white dresses and veils for brides, the rites of wreathing the best maid, and the burning of bride's wreath. Some of them take root, becoming traditional elements (clothing) while others disappear, inviting the fragments of ancient customs (keeping of wreath and other wedding attributes).
