General surgical routine care nowadays includes stoma placement and stoma therapy, as well as the care of patients living with a stoma. In Hungary, hundreds of stoma formations are performed annually, with the majority of stoma care being provided by stoma therapy nurses during the postoperative period. I would like to share my experiences in patient care through the presentation of case studies. These cases highlight the significant progress in patient healing due to the availability of modern wound treatments, as they effectively manage wound infections and promote wound healing. Az általános sebészeti rutinellátás része napjainkban a sztómafelhelyezés és a sztómaterápia, a sztómával élő betegek gondozása. Hazánkban évente több száz sztómaképzés történik, ezek döntő többségében a sztómaterápiás nővér végzi a műtétet követő időszakban a páciensek sztómájának a gondozását. A betegellátásban szerzett tapasztalataimat szeretném megosztani saját esetismertetéseken keresztül. A bemutatásra kerülő esetek rámutatnak arra, hogy a modern sebkezelések rendelkezésre állása nagy előrelépést jelent a betegek gyógyításában, mivel hatékonyan kezelhetők a sebfertőzések, és elősegítik a sebgyógyulást.
