الملخص (بالإنجليزية): In the world, both in education and in other branches of science and technology, the transition from analog to digital technologies is a paradigm in which countries with low investment rates in technology have hardly moved at all or very little. Namely, in our country, Bosnia and Herzegovina, traditional forms of study still occupy the largest percentage in the field of education from primary school to high level of education. The reason for that is probably the economic situation in our country, but also insufficiently trained staff who did not undergo an adequate transformation during their studies in terms of training, seminars, conferences, courses, but also the obsolescence of teaching content. In this regard, the transition from traditional to digital form of education in our country is slow and we have illustrated the cause in the statements above. This paper includes all the necessary measures and steps for higher education institutions in cooperation with the competent Ministries and the Pedagogical Institute to move from the traditional to the digital era of education. Diplomas bearing the X mark are issued worldwide, which means that they have been acquired through an online learning system. In that sense, in addition to the traditional learning system, there is a combined learning by percentage distribution and pure online learning - distance learning. In this paper, we will present a number of software tools necessary for modernizing the teaching process in the digital age of education. It is generally known that today there is software for everyone, so the development of software engineering, UML diagrams and software development, in general, software engineers on behalf of the customer today can create software of your choice. In addition, this paper will try to show how to adapt curricula for higher education institutions in order to innovate teaching but also to introduce digital content in teaching. In that sense, it is necessary to create and design a database of content at higher education institutions, but also to explore platforms that offer certain opportunities in this field. Abstract (Bosnian): U svijetu kako u obrazovanju tako i u ostalim granama nauke i tehnologije prelazak sa analogne na digitalne tehnologije predstavlja jednu paradigmu u kojoj se za usavršavanje tehnologija zemlje sa niskim stopama ulaganja u tehnologiju nisu gotovo nikako ili veoma malo pomakle sa mjesta. Naime, u našoj zemlji Bosni i Hercegovini tradicionalni oblici proučavanja zauzimaju još uvijek najveći procenat na polju obrazovanja od početnih osnovaca pa do viskog nivoa obrazovanja. Uzrok tome je vjerovatno i ekonomska situacija u našoj zemlji, ali i nedovoljno obučen kadar koji za vrijeme studija nije prošao adekvatan preobražaj u smislu obuke, seminara, konferencija, kurseva ali i zastarjelost nastavnih sadržaja. S tim u vezi prelazak sa tradicionalnog na digitalni oblik obrazovanja u našoj državi teče sporo a uzrok smo ilustrirali u prethodnom izlaganju. Ovaj rad obuhvata sve neophodne mjere i korake kako bi visokoškolske ustanove u saradnji sa nadležnim Ministarstvima i Pedagoškim zavodom prešle sa tradiconalne na digitalnu eru obrazovanja. U svijetu se izdaju diplome koje na sebi nose oznaku X što znači da su se stekle online sistemom učenja. U tom smislu pored tradicionalnog sistema učenja postoji kombinovano učenje po procentualnoj raspodjeli i čisto online učenje - distance learning. U ovom radu ćemo predstaviti i niz softverskih alata nepohodnih za osavremenjivanje nastavnog procesa u digitalnom dobu obrazovanja. Opšte je poznato da danas postoji softver za sve, dakle razvojem softverskog inženjeringa, izradom UML dijagrama te razvojem softvera, uopšteno softverski inženjeri po narudžbi naručioca danas mogu izraditi softver po želji. Pored toga u ovom radu će biti pokušan prikaz na koji način prilagoditi nastavne planove i programe za visokoškolske ustanove kako bi se inovirala nastava ali i uveo digitalni sadržaj u nastavu. U tom smislu potrebno i neophodno je napraviti i osmisliti bazu sadržaja na visokoškolskim ustanovama ali i istražiti platforme koje nude određene mogućnosti u tom polju. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
