الملخص (بالإنجليزية): According to the data of precipitation and surface water resources in Henan Province from 1956 to 2016, the accumulated deviation, Mann-Kendall test, rainfall-runoff double mass curve, comparative method of cumulative slope change ratio were used to indicate the variation trend of precipitation and surface water resources and the evolution relations between them. Both precipitation and surface water resources had a decreasing trend, while the decreasing trend was more significant in surface water resources. Surface water resources in the Haihe River and the Yellow River Basin decreased more significant than that in the Huaihe River and the Yangtze River Basin. Since the 1990 s, rainfall-runoff relationship had changed in some hydrological stations of the Haihe River and the Yellow River Basin. Taking Xincun hydrological station as an example, quantified the influence of precipitation and human activities on runoff. The results show that precipitation has little influence on runoff while human activities is the main factor of runoff variation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Chinese): 以河南省 1956-2016 年降水量、地表水资源量数据为基础,采用距平累积法、 Mann-Kendall 检验法、双累积曲线法、累积量 斜率变化率比较法判定河南省及其各流域降水量、地表水资源量变化趋势,分析降水量、地表水资源量演变关系。 结果表明:河南 省1956-2016 年降水量、地表水资源量均呈减小趋势,地表水资源量减小趋势更显著,北部海河、黄河流域地表水资源量减小趋势 比南部淮河、长江流域显著;20世纪90年代,该省海河、黄河流域一些站降水—径流关系发生改变。 以海河流域新村站为例,量化 降水和人类活动对径流量的影响程度,发现降水对径流量变化的影响较小、人类活动对径流量变化的影响较大。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
