The author discusses the misconception of researchers on cell edge in providing a network structure to develop spectrum optimization in Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM)-based fourth generation (4G) wireless network system. He argues that cell edge is obviously a flawed geometric structure in demonstrating the behavior of radio frequency (RF) signal propagation. He notes that a better system to improve 4G technology can be complex and expensive. |
