The article presents a case study of a 56-year-old man presented with type 2 diabetes mellitus along with an ulcer in his left foot due to ill-fitting shoes. The patient was admitted to the hospital for further examination of his foot ulcer, diabetes mellitus, and investigation of his abdominal mass, and his ultrasonography reveals a large predominantly hyperechoic mass within the right retroperitoneum. The patient underwent a resection and was performed with a fiveC radiofrequency dissector. |
