| الوصف: | Inflammatory Salivary disease in childhood is an infrequent clinical entity. That associated with sialolithiasis is rare. We report a case of a child with spontaneous passage of a submandibular calculus. We believe she represents the youngest patient documented to demonstrate the phenomenon. |
