مستخلص: The disparate access to, and use of, telemedicine reflects those of in-person health. These disparities are perpetuated as a result of individual, social, and structural factors likelow digital literacy, unequal availabilityof broadband services, andsystemicracism. This review focuses on extant literature on disparities in teleneurology, including racial orethnicdisparities, language inequities, andtheglobal context. Understandingsocial and structural barriers to equitable access to quality teleneurology is critical to addressing and preventing health disparities, ensuring effective and equitable neurodisparities logical care for all patients.
