مستخلص: The article describes the case of a 25-year-old patient who was admitted for nodular and erythematosquamous lesions of the face and ears. Skin Biopsy with polymerase chain reaction led to a diagnosis of Leishmania infantum mucocutaneous leishmaniasis. Lesions appeared when infliximab was stopped and changed with liposomal amphotericin-B. Infliximab was then reintroduced and no recurrence occurred at a six-month follow-up.
