The article presents a case study of a 1-year-old female with B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) was treated according to the standard arm of the Japanese Pediatric Leukemia/Lymphoma Study Group-ALL-B12 protocol. Topics include the high-dose methotrexate and intrathecal chemotherapy (IT) are important components in both the management of ALL and prevention of central nervous system invasion, and the use of HDMTX and IT may be associated with neurological complications. |
