مستخلص: A pilot study was conducted to assess the inhalation technique in asthmatic children using video clips recorded at home. The study found that in about 82% of cases, the video clips were of sufficient quality to assess the technique. Additionally, the study identified errors in inhalation technique in two-thirds of the children, which could potentially hinder the effectiveness of treatment. The use of home video assessment could be a valuable tool in remotely correcting and improving inhalation technique without waiting for a scheduled visit. Further research is needed to evaluate this method in different care settings and with different devices. [Extracted from the article]
