الوصف: We compared β-γ phase amplitude coupling (PAC) before and one year after chronic deep brain stimulation (DBS) in patients with Parkinson's disease using EEG and observed significant post-operative reduction of PAC values. Our findings suggest that the reduction in PAC due to DBS can be observed after chronic stimulation, which is not a transient phenomenon just after the start of DBS.
