الوصف: We have used a swept-source optical coherence tomography (OCT) system to study the development of eyes in mice embryo in utero at different development stages from E13.5 - 18.5. Obtained results demonstrate capability of OCT technology for high-resolution imaging of ocular tissues in utero and capability of assessing key developmental characteristics of the eye during embryonic development.
