The article presents a study that compared the efficacy and safety of lenalidomide-dexamethasone in patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma who were eligible for stem-cell transplantation. The study aimed to achieve progression-free survival with continuous lenalidomide-dexamethasone as compared with melphalan-prednisone-thalidomide, and reveals the median progression with continuous lenalidomide-dexamethasone. |
