مستخلص: Neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS) comprises an undisputed and the more common brachialgia form of compressive plexopathy. A diagnosis is based on clinical picture and confirmed after excluding other common causes of peripheral neuropathy. Surgery is reserved for patients who fail conservative treatment. Supraclavicular neurolysis of the plexus and transaxillary first rib resection are the two popular approaches. TOS still remains one of the least understood and most difficult to treat peripheral nerve disorders.
