مستخلص: The article provides information on the existence of agricultural museums worldwide. It states that agricultural museum was started when Arthur Hazelius created Skansen, an ethnographical museum that reconstructed the agrarian milieu, in 1881, in which it formed a significant difference between agricultural museums proper and the open-air museum. According to the author, agricultural museums illustrated the technical progress of the rural industries through the development of new implements and machinery. Furthermore, it stresses that in 1890's, the first agricultural museum was created in Hungary and Czechoslovakia and followed by several countries in Europe and in the U.S.
