مستخلص: The article presents a prospective study that examines the influence of unilateral exercise training protocol on the brachial artery reactivity (BAR) of 73-to90-year-old men. It reveals the use of Physical Activity Scale for the Elderly (PASE) to approximate the physical activity level of the participant before the training, of brachial artery imaging to depict forearm occlusion, and handgrip as the exercise training for four weeks. It asserts that the training is an efficient method of improving the vascular function of old men due to the capability of the vasculature to respond to an exercise stimulus.
