مستخلص: The article presents a study which examines the effects of a four-week handgrip exercise training on brachial artery flow-mediated dilation (BAFMD) and handgrip strength. The study assessed the 12 participants by restricting venous blood flow in the experimental (EXP) arm with a pneumatic cuff. The study randomly selected the EXP and control (CON) arm and measured handgrip strength with a hydraulic hand dynamometer. It found that handgrip strength increased by 8.32% and 16.17% in the CON and EXP arms, respectively. It also reported that BAFMD decreased 30.36% in the EXP while it increased 24.19% in the CON arm.
