مستخلص: This article reports on the issues in the Mexican economic crisis. It discusses that the world economic crisis in the late 1970s had devastating effects on the economies of most Third World countries. The decline in purchasing power of advanced industrial states, the drop in prices of primary commodities exported by Third World states, and a perfectionist measures enacted by advanced industrial states led to sharp declines in export earnings. It also discusses the restructuring of class-state relations in Mexico.
