مستخلص: The article presents a study to establish a precise clinical laboratory data for Asian yellow pond turtle or Ocadia Sinensis in terms of sex and season, and to analyze its hematology reference values. It utilized 50 adult turtles in which 24 are males and 26 are females and blood samples were collected from these animals. It employs an analysis of variance was used to analyze the data and scanning electron microscopy to determine the surface morphology. The study revealed that sex and season differences among the turtles were related to their reproductive cycle, and their white blood cells do not possess any distinctive surface features.
