The article describes the case of a 34-year-old female with unresectable solid pseudopapillary neoplasms who developed rapidly progressing biopsy-proven liver metastasis. Topics include the patient's treatment with nine cycles of combination chemotherapy, vascular reconstruction of the superior mesenteric vein and the portal vein, and genomic profiling on the primary tumor specimen using FoundationOne that showed genomic alterations. |
