Cutaneous T-cell lymphomas are a diverse group of T-cell neoplasms, characterised by initial infiltration of the skin, and sometimes extension to the lymph nodes, blood and internal organs. Sézary syndrome is an erythrodermic form distinguished by the significant presence of circulating peripheral blood tumour cells. Numerous diagnostic and therapeutic advances have been made in this disease in recent years, and we offer here a non-exhaustive review. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

Résumé: Les lymphomes T cutanés constituent un groupe diversifié de néoplasies lymphocytaires T, caractérisées par une infiltration initiale de la peau, et, parfois, une extension vers les ganglions lymphatiques, le sang et les organes internes. Le syndrome de Sézary est une forme érythrodermique qui se distingue par la présence significative de cellules tumorales circulantes du sang périphérique. De nombreuses avancées ont vu le jour au cours des dernières années, tant sur le plan diagnostique que thérapeutique, dans cette maladie, et nous en proposons ici une revue non exhaustive.
