مستخلص: This article focuses on the flow-cytometry based analysis of micronucleated reticulocyte expression for radiation biodisimetry. It presents an experiment that was conducted according to an animal experimental protocol approved by the New York University of Rochester's Committee on Animal Resources. Female mice were used in the experiment which were exposed to total body irradiation (TBI). The methodology used in the experiment showed potential for automated biodisimetry following acute radiation.
