In this article, the author focuses on the concept of homograft and absence of immunogenicity which increase homograft's' longevity. It mentions that homograft durability focused on ABO blood type compatibility. It also mentions the use of homograft for congenital heart disease, and states that patients implanted with decellularized homograft are under processing of the grafts. |
