مستخلص: Tramadol withdrawal should be considered as a cause of delirium or severe acute behavioural disturbance in patients presenting to the emergency department who regularly take tramadol, particularly in those who use high daily doses. A 59-year-old man with a history of ischaemic heart disease and recurrent gout presented to the emergency department with confusion, agitation and restlessness. [Extracted from the article]
