مستخلص: The article describes the clinical case of an eight-week-old girl who is experiencing rapidly enlarging soft tissue mass on her right shoulder. The patient underwent laboratory, physical and histological examinations, which led to the diagnosis of infantile fibrosarcoma. Clinical information on infantile fibrosarcoma is given, including is diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment approaches. The patient was treated with a limb-salvage strategy.
