الوصف: Analytical formulae were proposed to estimate the stability of slender axisymmetric ventilated cavities, which allow calculating the dependences of the critical cavitation number versus vapor cavitation number both for the disc and the slender cavitators. These formulae were applied to calculate the stability curves for different radii of the conical hulls located inside the cavity and different shapes of the cavitator, Froude numbers and directions of the ambient flow.
