مستخلص: New isoindolinone/[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives were efficiently synthesized in good to excellent yields through the Brønsted acid-promoted ‘on–water’ C(sp3)-H functionalization and capable of inhibiting the SKP2-CKS1 interaction. The title compounds could be used as hit compounds to design more potent small–molecule inhibitors targeting the SKP2-CKS1 interaction.
