مستخلص: The article presents information on a medical research related to explanation of the low yield rates for transbronchial needle aspiration (TBNA) by mediastinal nodal mobility with reference to nodal motion on four-dimensional (4D) CT scans. The finding of the research shows that varying distance and nodal motion between the nodal position and carina can explain the lower diagnostic yields for TBNA without real time imaging.
