مستخلص: The International Society for Bipolar Disorders (ISBD) has recognized the need to support early- and mid-career professionals in the field of bipolar disorder (BD). A survey was conducted to identify barriers to career progression, including lack of funding and limited resources. Based on the survey results, the ISBD has proposed initiatives such as an online community, publicizing opportunities, and providing workshops and resources. These initiatives aim to support and promote career progression, increase resources and training, and address issues such as equity and mentorship. The ISBD EMCC seeks to support the career development of individuals in bipolar disorder research and promote equity and inclusion. [Extracted from the article]
