مستخلص: The article suggests the possibility that the skulls collected 2,000 to 1,500 years ago by the Nasca civilization on the coast of Peru may have served a certain purpose. The heads were discovered by the late Alfred Louis Kroeber and were collected from the Nazea Valley during expeditions in 1925 and 1926. The skulls were stored at the Field Museum in Chicago, Illinois. Each of the heads have a hole in the front so that they can be hung from cords, leading scientists to believe that they are trophy heads.
