Fifteen reviews of conference reports, research and demonstration projects, and surveys pertain to the need for and applicability of vocational education for the disadvantaged in general, and specifically for disadvantaged adults and youth, and the handicapped. "Plain Talk," a continuing column by the editor, discusses the need for vocational educators to achieve a greater degree of cooperative organization in research and research utilization.
