The article describes the case of a 61-year-old man who underwent percutaneous radio frequency catheter ablation and developed a rare esophago-pericardial fistula. Computed tomography on the patient revealed pneumomediastinum and pneumopericardium with left lower lobe atelectasis and small left pleural effusion. The patient's stent was replaced with fully covered self-expanding Wallflex esophageal stent, which improved his symptoms. |
