مستخلص: The article focuses on average instructors can expect in terms of student learning gains they change their teaching method. Using a pre/post analysis, we compare students’ learning gains in a flipped class that uses refined researchbased instructional strategies (RBIS) to the gains in a traditional class and estimate the differential gains in assessment scores for students in the RBIS course.
