    الوصف: The mechanical model of Tube Solid Granules Medium Forming (SGMF) is simplified to three pressure-transfer models: uniform pressure model, unequal diameter model and tube SGMF model. Combining the conclusions of the SGMF investigation and the theories of powder mechanics, lateral pressure-transfer regularity of SGMF under high pressure has been investigated and the mathematical formulas of pressure distribution have been obtained. According to the theoretical analysis, the lateral pressure and the depth of solid granules can be expressed by a segmented function. An experimental set-up has been designed and manufactured to evaluate the theoretical results, good correlation has been observed between the theoretical results and the experimental data.

    الوصف: The hot compression tests on a Gleeble-1500D thermal mechanics simulator were carried out under the strain rate range of 1~ 0.005s-1 at the temperature range of 873-1373K in order to evaluate the constitutive equation of 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N valve steel. All of the flow stress curves exhibit a single peak stress, after which the stress is followed by a steady state regime. The results indicate that the deforming behavior is strongly depending on the strain rate and the deforming temperature. According the experimental data, the hyperbolic law is used to develop the constitutive equations. In the constitutive equations, the effect of the deforming temperature and the strain rate are represented by the Zener-Hollomam parameter. And the flow stress curves are coinciding with the constitutive equation of .

    الوصف: The non-isothermal drawing test in SGMF of the ordinary commercial AZ31B sheet metal was conducted to research the influence of lubricating condition on the drawing performance. And the experimental results have demonstrated that the lubricating condition has a great effect on the sheet drawability, furthermore, the work-piece with LDR of 2.4 was successfully produced when the water-based molybdenum disulfide with appropriate proportion was employed as lubricant, wherein the conditions were set as temperatures of the sheet metal and the granule medium respectively 290~310°C and 150~190°C, the blank holder gap 1.3mm and the drawing speed 1mm/s.

Component-based economic loss estimation method is used to assess the expected economic losses of an office building in the high earthquake hazard city of China—Kunming. The analysis result shows that the loss situation of the building in Kunming is generally tolerable.

    الوصف: The mung bean is popular in the Orient for use in cakes and soups and as bean sprouts. In our research, it was found that aromatic flavor could be generated when the mung bean soup was acidified to pH 1.5 close to the acidic value of stomach. GC-MS analysis was performed to identify these molecules associated with aromatic flavor. The results showed molecules including 1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydro-1, 1, 6-trimethyl-Naphthalene and 2-ethyl-N-(2 ethylhexyl)-1- Hexanamine were merely produced by acidified mung bean soup, which could probably involve in the generation of aromatic flavor. In addition, studies also showed that volatile molecules from acidified mung bean soup could keep the DA level in the Drosophila brain stable under starvation stress.

    الوصف: The extraction of pectin from pomelo peel was optimized to maximize pectin yield Y in this study. A central composite design of response surface methodology involving extracting time, extracting temperature, liquid-solid ratio and pH was used, and second-order model for Y was employed to generate the response surfaces. The optimum condition for Y was determined as follows: extracting time 1h, extracting temperature 95 °C, liquid-solid ratio 25, pH 1. Under the optimum condition, the pectin yield was 20.98%.

    الوصف: To reveal the pressure-transfer characteristics of the granular materials in the Solid Granule Medium Forming process, the stainless steel balls with diameter of 1 mm were selected as medium to conduct the axial compression experiment. The particle compression process was simulated by discrete element method, and then the variation law of the microstructure was analyzed from the perspective of force chain. The results showed that: In the gradual compression process of granule medium, its force chains distribution changes from the initial circular shape to the elliptical shape. As the stress increases, the force chains get denser and denser. In addition, the lateral pressure coefficient changes in power law with the compressive stress and it tends to be constant when the internal force chains structure gets stable.

    مستخلص: Unintentionally doped GaSb films grown by Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) on GaAs (001) substrates were annealed under different temperatures and time. It was found that the rapid thermal annealing (RTA) process can improve the optical properties. By changing annealing temperature and time, the optimized annealing temperature and times are found to be 650°C and 30s, respectively. Point defects and dislocations are two major kinds of defect in undoped GaSb thin films grown by MBE on GaAs (001) substrates.
