RESUMENSe presenta el catálogo de la colección de tipos de macroalgas marinas depositadas enel Herbario del Museo Oceanológico Hermano Benigno Román (MOBR) de la Estación deInvestigaciones Marinas de Margarita, Fundación La Salle de Ciencias Naturales. La colecciónincluye 21 especímenes designados como tipos en distintas categorías (holótipos, isótipos,parátipos y topótipos) los cuales representan la referencia nomenclatural de 16 taxa. Seseñala la categoría de cada tipo, sinopsis de la información contenida en las etiquetas de losespecímenes y figuras seleccionadas.ABSTRACTA catalogue of type specimens of marine macroalgae held in the Herbarium of the MuseoOceanológico Hermano Benigno Román at the Estación de Investigaciones Marinas deMargarita, Fundación La Salle de Ciencias Naturales is provided. The collection includes 21specimens designated as types in differents categories (holotype, isotype, paratype and topotype)which represent the nomenclatural reference of 16 taxa. The category of each type, asynthesis of the information held in the specific labels and selected figures are indicated. |
