مستخلص: This study explores the proximal context of knowledge sharing in networked communities, and identifies relationships among variables in shaping knowledge sharing behaviors. Taking an integrative perspective, this study reviews the literature on community of practice research, and provides a conceptual framework for knowledge sharing.
