| الوصف: | Renal angiomyolipomas are fat containing tumours, which are associated with a strong risk of hemorrhage due to the presence of abnormal vessels and pseudoaneurysms. We present three cases of ruptured renal angiomyolipomas with multiple or large pseudoaneurysms diagnosed by CT angiography which enabled emergent endovascular intervention; and propose CT angiography as the diagnostic modality of choice, particularly in emergency situations. |
