الوصف: A near-infrared plasmonic photodetector based on colloidal HgTe quantum dots is demonstrated. A metal nano-antenna is used to couple the off-chip light into plasmonic waveguide. The photoresponse is polarization dependent because surface plasmon polaritons are excited only by transverse electric light.
